I was very excited about the restaurant. The food looked interesting on the menu, and the interior looked somewhat fancy. When we arrived, they seated us at a table. Then the waiter came and asked if we wanted anything to drink. "Yes, please, one beer and a drink." The beer was cool, but the drink was bad—too much alcohol and not frozen like it should have been. Then we asked for appetizers and told the waiter to please bring the appetizer first and the food after 15 minutes. This way, we could enjoy the appetizer before eating the main course. She replied, "Sure, no problem." But everything came almost at the same time, not even 5 minutes apart. They tried to fix it with free dessert, but we didn't know if we wanted dessert. Regarding the main course, the food was cool. We had salmon with malanga and mofongo with seafood. The mofongo was okay; the salmon was hard as a rock 🪨. The total for dinner was around $140.00 + $20.00 TIP = $160.00. The waiter deserved the tip; she provided the best service. Management was nowhere to be found, and at that time, we didn't want any dessert. If you want to spend this amount of money for regular food, that's on you. I have warned you.

Rossy was amazing! We devoured every single thing we ordered. So much so I completely forgot to take pretty before pics! Lol! Domincan fusion at its finest! Absolutely love love love this place! It's located in a Best Buy plaza but trust me it's fabulousness all the way inside! Jonathan greeted us so readily. Seated is quickly. Service was efficient and friendly. This will be our new go to spot!!!

She was attentive, detail-oriented, friendly, and consistently checked on us throughout our visit to ensure everything was perfect. Had a fantastic experience at Sajoma Latin Fusion! The Dominican and Caribbean-inspired dishes were full of flavor and the atmosphere was great. But the real highlight was our server, Yuleici — she was attentive, friendly, and made the whole night even better. Genuinely top-notch service. Highly recommend, and ask for Yuleici if you can! 5 stars all around. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
